1973-77 Chemical Eng. from  (UIA) Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. 1984 Top Management Administration Diploma from ITESM (Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey). 1979-81 Started as Process Eng. at Kimberly Clark de México (KCM) at Orizaba mill. 1982-1993 Tissue and P&W Paper Technical & Process Mgr. at the KCM Bajio mill. 1993-2001 Operations Mgr.  at the KCM Ramos Arizpe mill including Deinking facility, tissue mill and finished converted products. From 2001 to 2019 as Technical and Manufacturing Systems Mgr. for KCM. In charge of technical and process developments, KCM corporate EHS & Energy.  September 2019, retired from KCM after 40 years.
