National Firewood Workshop 2022 Wisconsin

The National Firewood Workshop 2022 Wisconsin will be held June 15 and 16, 2022 at the Arlington Ag Research Station located in Arlington, WI.  This is a two day educational and networking event that supports the split firewood industry.  The workshop consists of in the facility arena business discussions by leading firewood industry professionals and outdoor demonstrations of firewood equipment by the leading vendors of the US and Canada.

The NFW 2022 WI offers insight in to how successful firewood businesses operate.  The speakers include foresters, firewood business operators, equipment vendors, extension specialists, firewood buyers and transportation specialists.  The workshop doors open at 8 am for check in, coffee and snacks.  We begin the inside the area business discussions at 9 am and run to 11:30 am when we break for lunch and outdoor demos.  At 1 pm we return inside for business discussions and run until 3 pm when we return for additional outdoor demos.  This schedule is followed for both days of the workshop.

We do offer a Dutch Treat Social Hour on Tuesday and Wednesday at a local establishment to support our networking efforts.

Equipment vendors will be offering their equipment for sale and can answer questions about splitters, processors, forestry equipment and dry kilns.
