NCSU Hodges Tech Services Hosts CPA Task Group

Forest Biomaterials hosted the Composite Panel Assoication (CPA) this week. NCSU is an Academic Member of CPA and participates in the Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) Task Group. The Task Group, headed by Gary Heroux, met to discuss and review various testing methods that will be included in the TFL standard that CPA is developing for the industry. The group utilized Hodges Lab and classroom to further their efforts. In attendance were 20 representatives from the membership and industry, and the Forest Biomaterials department is very excited to be a part of this Association and their efforts.
