Meeting Archive Notes
The in-person meeting was held at the Durham Convention Center (DCC), 301 W. Morgan St., Durham, NC 27701. The Marriott Hotel Durham City Center and the nearby (walking distance) Aloft Hotel were the recommended lodging options. The discounted rate at Aloft was $159/night + tax which included Wifi and health club access. The rooms at the Marriott at were being offered at $189/night + tax. The cost of overnight and daily parking was not included, but both hotels had valet and parking facilities. An option to participate in some or all of the meeting was available using NCSU Zoom.
Online registration for the meeting ended on August 1, 2022. The cost of attending the full meeting in person was $185 (included some meals, refreshment breaks and a social held at the Tobacco Road Sports Bar). For an additional $20 Terrace Reserve seats at the August 9th Durham Bulls baseball game were available for purchase. The registration fee to attend only the Zoom version of the meeting was $75.
