National FHM Workshop

The national Forest Health Monitoring (FHM) Workshop is held bi-annually to provide information and foster discussion on the broad-scale monitoring of biotic and abiotic impacts on the health of the Nation’s forests.

The Workshops have occurred since the early 1990s and provide a valuable opportunity to share collective knowledge. These events allow the U.S. Forest Health Monitoring community from diverse state, federal, tribal, academic and non-governmental organizations to gather from across the country, exchange ideas, learn techniques, report findings, and suggest future program directions.

The 2020 National FHM Workshop was in Raleigh, North Carolina.
